SparkWell offers three program tracks to accommodate projects at different stages:

• 6-Month Track: For projects with a clear mission and a quick, well-defined path to independence.
• 12-Month Track: For projects with established concepts that need more time to develop.
• 24-Month Track: For projects requiring more time to develop their programs or test their concepts.

6 months is the minimum program duration, as this provides adequate time to establish operations and prepare for independence.

Application & selection

SparkWell welcomes applications from a diverse range of mission-driven projects. While we maintain a cause-neutral approach in our evaluation process, we prioritize accepting projects focused on creating significant global impact and/or mitigating extreme risks to humanity.

1. Initial application: Submit your project proposal via our application form.
2. Evaluation: Applications are assessed based on impact potential and program fit.
3. Interview: Selected applicants are invited for in-depth discussions with our team.
4. Decision: Final selections made by the SparkWell team with notification to all applicants.

Applicants will need to either have confirmed incoming funding in place, be in advanced stages of a funding round, or provide evidence of concrete funding discussions with a high likelihood of success. All applicants and their potential funders will undergo a due diligence review process. This verification is a standard part of our commitment to maintaining program integrity and ensuring alignment between SparkWell projects and our values.
